- Park authorities: Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) and Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) require trekker and vehicle registration details
- Airlines: if we arrange domestic flights on your behalf
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your data with any advertising networks.

We retain your booking records for seven years, as required by Tanzanian tax regulations. Inquiry data from contacts who did not book a tour is deleted after 18 months. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.
